If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Care department at (888) 289-5617 within six weeks of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must include any accessories (screws) and be in original condition and packaging. Once received, you will be refunded the full purchase price*, less shipping and handling. Items must be postmarked no later than 2 weeks after your RMA number is given. Please note: products returned without a RMA number or outside the return period will not be refunded.
